I Have been dealing with erectile dysfunction for some time, and I’m honestly trying to figure out what actually works. There seems to be a lot of information online, but it’s difficult to separate genuine advice from products that are simply being promoted.

I’ve seen people mention different ED treatments, including sildenafil-based medicines. I also recently came across Super Kamagra, which combines sildenafil with dapoxetine. From what I understand, sildenafil is intended for erectile dysfunction, while dapoxetine is used for premature ejaculation.

Has anyone here actually tried Super Kamagra or another ED treatment? I’d be interested in hearing about your experience—especially whether it helped with getting or maintaining an erection and whether you noticed any side effects.

For those who have dealt with ED, what worked best for you? Did you try lifestyle changes first, prescription treatment, or something else?

I’m mainly looking for honest experiences rather than a sales pitch. Any advice on what to discuss with a doctor would also be appreciated.
